How to make Dhokala

Ingredients :

Gram Flour (Besan)   -   3 cup
Salt                           -   a pinch
Nimbu Satva             -   1/2 tablespoon
Soda                        -    1 tablespoon
Oil                           -    2 tablespoon
Green chilly              -    4-5
Coriender Leaves     -   2 tablespoon chopped
Mustard Seeds        -    1 tablespoon


Take Gram Flour (Besan) in pot




Add salt & Lemon extract (Nimbu satva)






Add water and create a batter



Add Soda



Add sugar



Mix properly smooth batter



Batter is ready



Take some water in pan and place on gas



place metal sieve to place a plate




take plate & greese with oil






keep the plate on the sieve and pour the batter in it




cover the batter with another plate for steam and cook for 10-12 minutes



Now remove the cover and check it is ready


cut the pieces



take green chilly and cut into halves



take chopped coriender leaves



take mustard seeds



take oil in pan and fry chilly and mustard seeds



pour the chilly, mustard seeds and coriender leaves over the dhokla and mix properly



Dhokla is ready, serve in a plate.
